How can a dietitian help me with fertility nutrition?

The road to fertility often includes various drugs, doctors, tests, and procedures that can be emotionally and physically draining. As a Registered Dietitian, I will work with you to understand and address possible root causes of infertility using food and nutrition.

I believe in Personalised and Evidence-Based Nutrition Advice. I can also guide you on the safety and efficacy of supplements and natural remedies often used to enhance fertility.

What to expect during sessions?

Your fertility journey is deeply personal, and your body’s cues and intuition are powerful tools on this journey. During our first session (between 60-90 minutes), I’ll take the time to understand your unique circumstances, health history, and fertility goals.

You’ll receive compassionate, one-on-one support. Together, we’ll create a tailored nutrition plan that:

I encourage regular follow-ups (weekly or every 2 weeks) to keep track of your progress, address any challenges or concerns you may have, and provide ongoing support and motivation throughout your journey.
